Early Learning Program
“The child has a hundred languages, a hundred hands, a hundred thoughts, a hundred ways of thinking, playing and speaking.”
— Loris Malaguzzi
Emerge Learning provides personalised early learning experiences that support children to build confidence, independence and everyday skills. Our programs are guided by each child’s interests, strengths, developmental needs and individual goals.
Our approach
Our approach is participant-led, person-centred and grounded in early childhood pedagogy. We recognise that every child develops differently, so we follow their interests, build on their strengths and provide gentle guidance at a pace that feels safe and achievable.
- Consistent and responsive support
- Collaboration with parents and carers
- Respect for each family’s priorities, culture and routines
- Strength-based rather than deficit-focused language
- Opportunities to practise skills in real-life settings
Who we support
Our early learning programs may suit children who:
- We support preschool and primary school-aged children.
- Would benefit from individualised support
- May need support developing communication or social skills
- Are preparing for kindergarten or school
- Need support participating in play and everyday routines
- Learn best through hands-on, interest-based experiences
- Have an NDIS plan or are accessing privately funded support

Working with families
Families and carers are important partners in the learning process. We work collaboratively to understand your priorities, identify meaningful goals and share practical strategies that may support consistency between sessions and everyday life.
