At Emerge Learning, we are committed to providing high-quality, person-centred supports. We welcome compliments, suggestions, concerns and complaints from participants, families, carers, advocates and the wider community. Your feedback helps us improve our services and ensure we continue to meet the needs of the people we support. This commitment is reflected in our Feedback and Complaints Management System.

Our Commitment

When you provide feedback or make a complaint, we will:

  • Treat all feedback and complaints seriously.
  • Respond in a fair, timely and confidential manner.
  • Keep you informed throughout the process.
  • Work with you to achieve a reasonable resolution.
  • Use feedback to continually improve our services.

Making a complaint will not affect the supports you receive from Emerge Learning. Our aim is to create an environment where everyone feels safe and supported to speak openly.

Anyone can provide feedback or make a complaint, including:

  • Participants
  • Family members
  • Carers
  • Advocates
  • Support Coordinators
  • Workers
  • Members of the public

Anonymous feedback and complaints are also welcome.

What Happens Next?

Our goal is to resolve complaints fairly, respectfully and as promptly as possible.

If You Are Not Satisfied

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you have the right to seek an independent review or make a complaint to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
